Scope of the the project: First Stage 19,500m³; Second stage 30,000m³
Duration: First stage: 60days; Second stage: 60days
Introduction of the project:
First stage: completely new cold storage construction project, which were include 19,500m³ Automated state temperature cold storage, and cold room.
Second stage: completely new cold storage construction project, which were include 12,500 m³ ,temperature range:;0~5℃, Humidity≤50%, Product: Nuts, dried fruits etc. New cold room: 8750m³, Humidity≤50%, Isolated Humidity system; cooling down time less than 3 hours, insure temperature cool down evenly.
Insulation panels: pentahedron; 100mm B1 thermal insulation fire protection panels;
The whole project were using Panasonic, SANYO etc. Refrigeration compressor, this type of compressor unit which is efficiency , energy saving, low noise, friendly environment;
Refrigerant: R404A;
Refrigeration Valve: complete set of Danfoss Valves;
Air cooler: CABERO high efficient Air cooler
PLC control system: state of temperature & humidity control, and Automatic temperature & humidity control, cold storage temperature & humidity display and record, Function: Alarm when door is closed by mistake, and long distance control.
