The cold storage area is 2250 square meters, and the height of the cold storage is 10 meters. Divided into buffer zone, low-temperature refrigeration zone, equipment room, power room, and office. The area size is 80 * 30 * 10, and the building height is 13 meters. The platform is 1.2 meters high.
The main structure adopts a single-layer steel structure, and the pentahedral insulation cold storage board adopts PIR150mm insulation board for insulation. The ground is equipped with anti freezing expansion ventilation pipes+200mm thick XPS+150mm thick 10 # bi-directional 150 * 150 reinforced concrete and wear-resistant steel sand flooring.
The refrigeration equipment adopts Bitzer parallel screw low-temperature unit+cold air fan, and the defrosting method is hot fluorine defrosting.
