Project Overview:
1. The cold storage project is equipped withCA. equipment and Hanbell screw parallel unit. The refrigeration system of this cold storage adopts Hanbell compressor and freon (environmentally friendly) parallel compressor unit. When configuring the equipment for this project, the CA.storage project for agricultural products can save energy. It is a construction plan to effectively reduce the energy consumption of the unit operation by adopting design concepts such as energy consumption and improving heat exchange efficiency.
2. The expansion valve is used for liquid supply, PLC automatic temperature control, air cooled method, manual single-opening & CA. sliding door, etc. The whole unit is assembled and tested according to the factory standard, which is convenient for on-site installation and easy maintenance in the later period. 3. High requirements for air tightness, the cold storage panel adopts 100mm polyurethane, density 40±2kg/m³ ，double-sided 0.426 color steel, and the airtight layer also uses “three glues and two cloths” to strengthen the work of perfecting gas tightness . The CA. system adopts pressure swing adsorption nitrogen generator and deoxidizer, high-efficiency screw air compressor, nitrogen gas storage tank, carbon dioxide remover, cycle detection and control system, etc.
