l Structural support built with fully-welded stainless steel, prevents oil, dirt etc. from remaining on the surface.
l Stands fully-welded to floor, less death pot of hygiene.
B. 库体及排水底板/Enclosure and floor
l Seamless assembled enclosure, with good insulation feature and guarantees hygiene.
l Stainless steel skinned sandwich panel, HUNTSMAN high density PU foamed (45kg/m³). Panel thickness 125mm suitable for freezer insulation.
l PU sandwich panel processed by Italian PU foaming line and US stainless steel sheet forming line. High quality ensured.
l Stainless steel elevated frame will be placed underneath the cooler as an air barrier between cooler and concrete floor. The investment on cold-resistant foundation can be saved with base frame.

F. CIP 自动清洗系统/Clean-In-Place cleaning system（可选/ Optional）
l The system cleans the internal structure completely with water and disinfectants to meet the hygiene requirement of food processing.
l Compressed air is dried and filtered, then enters air tank. By open and close of solenoid valves, compressed air enters nozzles.
l The ADF system continuously moves to cover the whole evaporator, according to set mode.
l The nozzles intermittently spay high pressure air while moving, blows away
l The defrosting process in circles keeps the air flow among fins fluent and guarantees best heat exchanging effect of evaporator.
l The application of ADF system will extend operation time and less downtime due to defrosting process. Production cost is thus reduced.SUSU304 surface.
